Why photography with an eternal purpose?
In 2008 I read a book by Francis Chan called Crazy Love. While reading that book, I was challenged in the way I gave back to God. Tithing couldn't be enough anymore, but our family lived to the end of our means - without any margin for God to use. So I prayed about how that could change. This venture is one of the ways I have responded to the answer to that prayer. A photography business where God gets the majority of the earnings to use for His purposes.
I'm not sure what that fully looks like yet, but I'm excited for the potential of what God is going to do.

I left a comment on TTLOW also but I wanted to say again I love this shot as well as the concept. There's a song by The Format called "Snails" that I just love. We live in a culture where everyone is in such a hurry and trying to do too much in 1 short day. Love this and love you friend!
I like the texture. Great image.
I totally agree with Sarita. Snails talks about how snails see the benefit in every move and it's really about slowing life down. For instance, my fiance and I were planning on getting married, we even had the wedding officiant, but we thought it would be best to wait and discover if we were really meant for each other. I'm happy to say we are! :)
